My top two priorities are creating a long-term plan for supporting the public education system and increasing the number of jobs that pay higher than minimum wage. The public education system should not be treated as an annual crisis or the go-to place for cutting expenses. Companies would be more likely to expand employment opportunities in Arizona with a stronger and sustainable public education system. Arizona needs an educated workforce and jobs of the future.
